Arrivals-Please meet your car at the scheduled pick up time and location. For domestic airport pickup: There is a 30-minute grace period allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time. For international flights there is a 45-minute grace period following the reported international flight arrival time. Train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.
Departures For departure pickups there is a 15 minute grace period. A waiting charge begins 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please refer to Additional Charge Chart below.
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% DPV Service charge plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying DPV Transportation at 1.877.378.4445 x2.

Gratuity and tips
a 20% DPV service fee based on the fare will be added to the bill. This fee is 100% discretionary & can be increased/decreased/eliminated per client.

DPV Transportation reserves the right to cancel any service without refund, if the driver or the company feels that the client is placing the driver or the company in danger of injury. If the client is in possession of any illegal substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.
Terms of Payment & Acknowledgement
DPV Transportation invoices are due upon receipt. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be added to all the invoices that have not been paid by more than 15 days after receipt. In case of error or questions regarding your invoice, please contact DPV Transportation in writing no later than thirty (30) days after you receive the invoice on which the specific issue appeared. You may withhold payment on the amount in question while we are investigating the charge(s). You remain obligated, however, to pay any part of the invoice that is not in question, including any finance charges incurred.
In the event that your account is outstanding in excess of sixty (60) days, it will be considered delinquent or in default. DPV Transportation reserves the right to place accounts determined to be delinquent or in default on credit hold and charge the credit card on file for the balance owed, including any finance charges. Additionally, if a credit card is inactive or for another reason is not charged the outstanding balance owed, DPV Transportation reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings on such accounts. DPV Transportation will collect any and all attorney’s fees, collection expenses and court costs incurred by DPV Transportation in its effort to collect the outstanding balance owed. Additionally, DPV Transportation reserves the right to convert all overdue accounts to credit-card-only status for services provided in the future. If this application is for a corporate account, the signee must be an officer or authorized representative legally able to bind the company.
